RETURNS

 


Please record an unboxing/ parcel opening video, so that In rare case of product damage or wrong product sent, evidence of it helps us resolve things faster and more securely. Damage claims without a proper unboxing/parcel opening  video proof may not be entertained.


All returns must be postmarked within  7  days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

One must provide a proper parcel opening video in case of he/she claims about receiving a defect piece. 

 

RETURN PROCESS

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging [and include your proof of purchase/and the return form provided/and other]

REFUNDS


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Re-seller will get refund in their Ranisa wallet in form of points.
